These terms of business form the basis upon which we provide our website design, hosting and ancillary services to potential and existing clients and upon which clients and customers may purchase and pay for our professional services. All PLCs in good financial standing, All central and local government departments and All major educational organisations are allocated an account by default. All UK based businesses in good financial standing may also apply for an account which will be confirmed as appropriate. To apply for an account, please contact us by email or use our contact form. We will need your company / business name, your full business address including postcode, a valid business email address and landline telephone number. Non-UK Businesses: We also offer accounts to business clients based in North America, New Zealand, Australia and all EU countries.
We accept payment by Cash, Cheque, Bank-transfer or Credit / Debit card (via PayPal). Our preferred method of payment is BACS / Bank Transfer. We require payment 30 days Net from date of invoice. VAT will be charged on all UK Invoices and also on all EU invoices unless your business can provide a valid EU VAT registration number. VAT is not charged to clients outside of the EU / UK.
Non-payment of accounts will result in suspension of services, but not suspension of ongoing charges, fees, liabilities or costs for the client. New websites / domains / hosting services to new clients will normally require an initial payment.
Jurisdiction and choice of law
These terms of business shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Welsh courts.
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
